Which Third Baseman should I choose?

This is a power position. Teams love to have sluggers here. Feel free when drafting to take a couple of players from this position. They can go along way to lead you to the “leader of the pack”.

1. Alex Rodriguez- ok, everyone on the planet has him number one. Not just number one at third but overall. Me too. He is the leader at third base in fantasy leagues until someone dethrones him. Projections: 129,172. 48, 137, 24 (runs,hits,home runs,rbi’s,sb)

2. David Wright- Sir David has it all. Well almost. Wright can be a fantasy monster. He is almost the leader at third base in fantasy leagues .Projections: 107-186-30-118-26 (runs,hits,home runs,rbi’s,sb)

3. Miguel Cabrera- I told you this position is loaded. Every player in Detroit’s lineup should be drafted. This team can hit. Cabrera will lead the way. Seems to have gotten some weight off and is having a serious approach to the game. Projections: 112, 201,34, 128, 5

4. Ryan Zimmerman- How could i take him over a few of the others that will be listed below? This is the year. He might have the best year of any 3rd baseman in either league. New park that plays well for the hitters. Good swing from Zim. He is a fantasy monster waiting to happen. Projections: 109,188, 42, 119, 10

5- Ryan Braun- Everybody wants this guy. He will be available for several positions in Yahoo leagues. Can hit the ball. Will his team be good enough to help him out. I look for a slight downer this year, but still good. Projections: 100,168,38,114, 21
